Horticulture Class

Designed in collaboration with youth and staff at PJJSC, our Healing Garden space features 16 rasied beds, 6 fruit trees, native pollinators, bee-nest boxes, bird feeders, mural art and even a koi pond with a trickling water fountain.

Culinary Class

These classes teach youth kitchen fundamentals through the preparation of globally-inspired dishes using produce grown in the Healing Garden. Servsafe lessons are also incorporated into every class session, a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the US National Restaurant Association; 30+ students have earned their certificate.
